What is AI Bike Training?

CAROL (Cardiovascular Optimization Logic) is an AI-powered exercise bike that delivers reduced-exertion HIIT (REHIT) -- the most time-efficient cardio protocol shown to increase VO2 max, improve insulin sensitivity, and support fat metabolism.

How it works

CAROL's AI adjusts resistance in real-time to your individual output. Two 20-second all-out sprints -- bookended by easy cycling -- trigger maximum metabolic stress and EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) without extended effort.
