We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

5. SMS / Text Messaging
Consent to receive SMS text messages from OutRecover is not a condition of any purchase, service, or transaction. You may use OutRecover's services without ever opting in to marketing text messages. SMS marketing opt-in is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message.
If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly opt in to receive marketing text messages from OutRecover by checking a clearly-labeled, unchecked-by-default consent box on our waitlist form at outrecover.com/waitlist, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational SMS messages from us at the number provided, including waitlist updates, opening announcements, and early-access offers. Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Separately, when you create an OutRecover account, a one-time verification code is sent by text to confirm ownership of the phone number you provide. This is a transactional authentication message and is not part of our marketing SMS program. No further texts are sent unless you opt in to marketing as described above.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information shared with our SMS program — including mobile phone numbers and consent records — are excluded from any third-party sharing. Information may only be shared with subcontracted service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) strictly to operate the messaging program on our behalf.
