KAATSU Personal Training at OutRecover is a one-on-one session that combines intelligent blood flow restriction technology with guided movement to safely stimulate strength, circulation, and systemic recovery—all without heavy lifting or high-impact stress.

Unlike traditional BFR, KAATSU does not restrict arterial blood flow. Instead, it uses soft, adaptive bands that apply gentle, precision-controlled compression to slow venous return.

This temporary blood pooling effect mimics the physiological impact of high-intensity exercise—even while performing low-load or passive movements. The result is a powerful, full-body adaptation response that supports performance and recovery for clients of all levels.

KAATSU Personal Training

Work?

During your session, a certified OutRecover trainer will guide you through a custom protocol using KAATSU Cycle mode, in which the bands are applied to your arms or legs and gently inflated and deflated in rhythmic intervals. These cycles create metabolic stress and vascular stimulation—without the need for heavy weights or high-impact movement.

Here’s what’s happening during your workout:
  • Blood volume increases in the limbs, stretching blood vessels and triggering nitric oxide release

What You Should know

  • KAATSU bands are applied to the upper arms or legs and never occlude arterial flow
  • Most clients feel a warm “pump” sensation, but sessions are comfortable and energizing
  • Movement is low-load and joint-friendly, making this ideal for nearly any fitness level

Useful Info & Safety Information

KAATSU BRF Training pairs well with PEMF Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Normatec Compression, OxeFit, AI Bike, and Infrared Sauna. PEMF and Red Light help warm up tissue, improve circulation, and boost output when used before KAATSU. After training, Normatec and Sauna support muscle recovery and inflammation control.
